Basic Requirements
We’re looking for self- motivated individuals that are customer service orientated and ready to join our virtual workforce to service our clients. Our team is exclusive and we’re looking to work with anyone striving for success.
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to pass a background check
At least 1 year of customer service experience is recommended, but not required
At least 1 year of call center experience is recommended, but not required
Must be available to start within 14 days
A compatible laptop/desktop with hardwire internet, and USB Headset is required upon enrollment into a client certification program*.
*Zing Virtual will be offering Equipment Financial Services to help assist if you don't have any equipment.

What is Arise Platform?
Arise Virtual Solutions is changing the way companies think about call center services. Arise provides a virtual platform to connect primarily work-at-home service professionals running small businesses to Fortune 500 and other large companies.
How do I make money?
Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course. Client courses may take as little as three weeks or as long as eight weeks (Monday thru Friday with morning and evening class time options) to complete depending on the program selected. After certification, you will be paid hourly bi-weekly or weekly via direct deposit. Client rates vary from $10-20 per hour with additional incentives.
What is the monthly service fee?
A Monthly Service Fee immediately following agent’s successful completion of their client certification course will be collected per pay period. This fee is applied for each agent and is not negotiable. The fee is not applied to registrants who are in the registration process or on agents who are not yet servicing. The Arise service fee of $19.95 per month is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and StarMatic® scheduling system. Zing Virtual LLC service fee of $25 per month is charged for handheld support and additional services, including but no limited to Equipment Financing Services, CPA assistance, and comprehensive onboarding process.
What all equipment I need?
Equipment required to work remote includes a computer, headset, Internet, and additional equipment that is compatible with the Arise Platform. Certain client programs may have additional requirements. You will have access to the additional requirements prior to selecting a client program. If you do not have any equipment, Zing Virtual LLC provides services such as equipment financing & rental equipment for you to move forward and continue to achieve a position here.Chromebooks, MacBooks OR any apple products are not compatible.
